I'he heavily tested the mincer and I've found it very good. Finally I can have a marvellous mince for my "polpette" (italian hamburger).
Just cleaning is quite difficult, because you must use a sting to clean meat from holes. But it's a very little inconvenience referred to the benefit to have a mince without fat meat.

Had a Kenwood Chef for over 30 years before it gave up the ghost and I had to buy a replacement. I always had a mincer attachment but although still in working order had been in the dishwasher which hadn't helped the coating. On buying the replacement Chef I thought I would purhase another mincer and this time it does go in the dishwasher! Great attachment for the Chef. Would recommend it.
